To begin the process of running electricity to your commercial or residential development, please contact New Accounts to provide your size and voltage requirements. Your New Accounts Coordinator will then assign a Project Coordinator to meet with you to determine the meter location.
Gas
All residential developments in the City of Jackson and Madison County have the option of natural gas service. To begin the process of obtaining gas service for your commercial or residential development, please contact New Accounts to state your detailed gas load. Your New Accounts Coordinator will then assign a Project Coordinator to meet with you to determine the distance of pipe needed.
Water & Wastewater
