Construction Materials

For convenience, JEA specifies a pre-approved materials list for its water distribution and wastewater collection systems. Should any contractor/developer like to use materials not currently listed on the pre-approved document, a water/wastewater construction materials variance form must be filled out and submitted for approval. Forms should be submitted via email to JEA’s Engineering Department at jea_wtww_mat.var@jaxenergy.com. The variance request will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis and may take up to two weeks for approval.
