Jackson Energy Authority’s state-of-the-art underground Control Center is staffed 24 hours a day to respond to emergencies, equipment problems, and questions for customer service and billing. We also provide a variety of efficiency and reliability focused services to our large commercial and industrial customers at no charge to help keep operations efficient and competitive.

While capacity and redundancy of infrastructure is available throughout our system, the economic development team at Jackson Energy Authority will work to create custom services to fit your business or industry needs.
