To login to the VU-IT app, you will need the username and password that you registered with for www.watchtveverywhere.com.

- Call Jackson Energy Authority 731-422-7500
- OR, go to www.watchtveverywhere.com setup your login
- Select “EPlus Broadband” as your TV provider from the dropdown menu.
- Click on “Register”. You will need your JEA account number and subscriber/user information to complete registration and to setup your login/password.
- A message will appear in your inbox for the email address you provided. Within the email from Watch TV Everywhere, click on the activation link to complete the registration process.
- Now you are ready to enjoy Watch TV Everywhere! (and the VU-IT app)
