Getting Started

You work hard to build Jackson, and its surrounding towns, into a thriving community. Let us help make the process easier by providing a one-stop shop for builders and developers.

If you are new to town and have never had services with Jackson Energy Authority, you will be required to fill out an application for service. For residential construction, you can complete this application online. After the application is submitted, a New Accounts Coordinator will create a new address or premise number/id and contact you with your new customer account number.
